The Friends of the Cherokee County Fair is a self-supporting 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the agricultural roots of Cherokee County. The annual Cherokee County Fair is our major fundraiser that allows us to continue with this mission.
Cherokee County Fair is a family-oriented event where people of all ages can come together to enjoy the ride, food, and fellowship. Our goal is to protect everyone’s safety and security, so we ask that all our guests follow our rules and policies.
The Cherokee County Fair reserves the right to search your person and any other objects considered to be a possible carrier of any prohibited item(s), destructive, or lethal device.
The Cherokee County Fair is under the jurisdiction of the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department and the Andrews Police Department.
Everyone under the age of 12 is required to be accompanied by a parent to enter the fairgrounds.
No re-sale or public promotion of Cherokee County Fair tickets.
All companies, organizations, and individuals are welcome to buy tickets or ride wristbands.
Only authorized firms can use fair tickets for sale or promotion to the public.
Consignment or other purchase of tickets are available on the premise that they will be used by the individuals buying them, or for employees or immediate family members of companies and organizations purchasing them.
If we find a violation with our ticket sales policy, we reserve the right to void all tickets purchased.
All tickets and wristbands become void at 10pm each night of the fair.
No re-entry after 9pm.
Smile! Photo, video and audio may be taken for promotional purposes. By entering the Cherokee County Fairgrounds, you consent, waive all rights to royalties and release the Cherokee County Fair of any liability. You agree to your likeness used, published or reproduced in any and all media which can be used, now or in the future, for any purpose by or in connection with the Cherokee County Fair, its sponsors, organizers and provider
